This is a real-valued spinner widget for the FOX toolkit.

Very similar to the FXSpinner, but for floating-point values rather
than integer values.

A different form of this widget is now incorporated into the base FOX library.
Unfortunately the final FOX version ditched the dial control in favor of more
conventional spin buttons, just like on the FXSpinner.  

I have a new widget that supercedes this one, the FXRealSpinDial, that can have
both a dial or spinbuttons or both if desired.  It also has more flexible control
over output formatting.
